Chandler Jones and Sierra Dornak are proud Southlake natives who both graduated from Carroll High School. Raised in a community that values growth and excellence, they developed a shared passion for real estate, deeply influenced by their family legacies.


Chandler's love for real estate was nurtured by her father, a highly successful real estate investor who introduced her to the industry at a young age. Sierra’s passion for real estate and new construction stems from her family's rich history in building, as her father is a third-generation builder. Growing up surrounded by the art of homebuilding, Sierra honed her expertise in new construction, understanding both the craftsmanship and the business of turning dreams into reality.


Together, Chandler and Sierra combine their knowledge, experience, and genuine love for the industry to provide top-tier service in real estate and new construction. Chandler's journey into real estate was inspired by her father, a highly successful real estate investor who ignited her passion for the industry at a young age. Determined to follow in his footsteps, Chandler obtained her broker's license and founded Chandler Ferguson Real Estate, a brokerage dedicated to helping clients find their perfect homes.


Chandler’s story is deeply connected to the land she grew up on in Southlake, Texas. The family property was eventually sold to Maykus Homes and Neighborhoods, a respected builder known for creating beautiful, custom homes. That very land was transformed into what is now Ferguson Place, a stunning community filled with gorgeous homes built by Maykus.


As Chandler’s brokerage grew, she found the perfect partner in Sierra. Sharing a lifelong connection to Southlake and a mutual passion for real estate, Sierra brought her deep knowledge of new construction and her family’s legacy in homebuilding into the partnership. Together, Chandler and Sierra have combined their talents to offer clients unparalleled service through their brokerage, specializing in selling Maykus homes.
