Chandler Jones’ love for real estate was deeply influenced by her father, a highly successful real estate investor who introduced her to the industry at a young age. Growing up in Southlake, Texas, Chandler developed a strong connection to her community, which would later serve as the foundation of her real estate career. She graduated from Southlake Carroll  and went on to attend Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business, where she earned a degree in business management.

During her time at Texas Tech, Chandler was more than just a student—she was actively immersed in the world of real estate. Working alongside her father, she gained hands-on experience in property management, laying the groundwork for what would become a successful career. After graduating, Chandler obtained her real estate license in 2019, launching her professional journey with a deep understanding of the Southlake and surrounding areas.

Chandler’s entrepreneurial spirit continued to flourish as she expanded her expertise beyond traditional real estate. She invested in short-term rental properties, which she owns and manages, further diversifying her skill set and proving her capability to adapt to different facets of the real estate market.

In 2024, Chandler took a major step forward by earning her broker’s license and founding her own brokerage, Chandler Ferguson Real Estate. With her extensive knowledge, local insight, and personal investment experience, Chandler is passionate about helping her clients achieve their real estate goals—whether they are buying, selling, or investing.

Outside of real estate, Chandler is a proud Texas Tech alumna and a devoted Red Raider football fan. When she’s not working, she loves spending quality time with her husband, Adaryan, and their bulldog, Kobe. For Chandler, real estate isn’t just a career—it’s a lifelong passion that has shaped her personally and professionally.
