Sierra Dornak is a proud native of Southlake, Texas, where she has lived nearly her entire life, except for the four years she spent earning her BBA at McMurry University. As a lifelong resident of northeast Tarrant County, Sierra serves this vibrant market, specializing in new construction homes and catering to a wide range of clients from first-time buyers to luxury home seekers.

Sierra’s background in real estate is deeply rooted in her upbringing. Coming from a family of builders, she grew up immersed in the industry, learning about construction and real estate through family conversations on the way to and from basketball games. After a brief career as a teacher and coach, Sierra returned to her real estate roots and found her true calling.

Her time as a student-athlete gave Sierra a strong competitive spirit, a deep appreciation for preparation, and the ability to work well with others—skills that seamlessly carry over to her real estate career.
